Celebrating Our Community

Pope John Paul II Academy hosts a variety of special events throughout the school year that bring our community together in faith, fellowship, and fun. Below are some of our annual highlights.

Annual Gala

Spring

Our premier fundraising event of the year, the Annual Gala brings together families, friends, and supporters for an evening of dinner, entertainment, and fundraising for the school.

All Saints Day Celebration

November

Students dress as their favorite saints and participate in a school-wide celebration honoring the communion of saints.

Christmas Program

December

Students perform a Christmas program for families, celebrating the birth of Our Lord through music, drama, and prayer.

Catholic Schools Week

January/February

A week-long celebration of Catholic education featuring special activities, open house events, and community service projects.

Spring Science Fair

Spring

Students in grades 3–8 present science projects to judges and the school community.

Field Day

May/June

An end-of-year celebration featuring outdoor games, competitions, and fun for all students.

8th Grade Graduation

June

A special Mass and ceremony honoring our graduating 8th grade class as they move on to high school.
